“It was a busy day today for the Wndy's crew. Burger king had an equipment malfunction, so all of THEIR customers came HERE. Needless to say, busy as hell. I came in with a group, so we of course had to wait. And of course, when a restaurant gets slammed, orders get messed up. But these guys not only fixed my order, they refunded me the meal. No frustrated sighs, no rude commentary coming from the kitchen; the manager himself gave me the refund. The cook made my sammich and handed it to me. I tried to tell them i understood, they were busy (i've worked a McDonald's once; i KNOW how it can get). They still gave me top-tier customer service. 10/10, highly recommend.“
