I recommend the waitress Monica Barrera at the IHOP in Panorama City Calif as she gives such great and wonderful service. She asks if everything is ok and always comes back to give refills. This is much appreciated. Best wishes from the original Johnny Blaze, and "may the Blaze be with you."
Food wasn't to bad but service took forever due to being short staff.
Service was kinda slow, took a while to get seated and served but the food was good.

IHOP in Artesia offers a delicious breakfast with awesome omelettes, pancakes, sausage, bacon, and potatoes. The coffee is hot and tasty. The parking is easy, with a big parking area that is easy to find. The service was great and the food was awesome. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The split decision breakfast and French toast hit the spot. Yummy sandwich and omelets are made just the way customers expect.
