Just a super super white American version of Mexican food. Salsa was basically ketchup and the menu was things like ground beef crunchy taco with lettuce and chopped tomatoes type Mexican food. After the chips and salsa and really looking at the menu we just knew it really wouldn’t be for us so we didn’t order any food so I can’t speak on the taste of the food but The margaritas were pretty decent. Server was great though, she seemed like an experienced, friendly, good server, no complaints there. Just felt like this was super American basic 3 star “Mexican” restaurant

Food is terrible, waitress was rude. I would not waste your time here. Menu is out of date and didn’t have a lot of the liquor that was offered! Terrible place!!! Beer was flat coming from a keg ?

We ordered 15 plates to go and was charged $42 in gratuity without even knowing that it was added to the total. Will not be ordering food for my guys from here anymore.

My experience at Lucy's was very disappointing. I can tell a lot about a mexican restaurant by it's salsa. The salsa tasted too much like tomatoes. Cilantro and more garlic would improve it. It was the incompetent male server who caused the experience to be almost miserable. He has been employed there awhile as he was our server over 2 years ago. We had the same issues with him then. He was slow at bringinging our drinks and didn't take our order for at least 30 mins. He forgot the drinks repeatedly and had to be reminded several times. He also forgot small plates for chips, napkins, spoons etc. The two children with me could not eat their rice until I asked a bus person for spoons which he promptly got. The food came quickly once it was ordered, but the length of time it took to actually place our order was incredibly long. As a result, we were at Lucy's well over an hour. Twice a long as I expected to be there. I hope to give Lucy's another chance in the near future. The gentleman server should be given some tips on good customer service. Thank you.

It's funny because they were saying how "it's so dead" it all makes sense now. Leave a good review because good service. But was kicked out because "too loud" i mean it's a bar. But I guess that's not allowed. And I would love to hear what all the bartenders and servers have to say over this call because I literally tip 50%+ terrible call by management. Taking money outta the employees pockets

This family owned restaurant in Carlsbad has the best Hispanic food and margueritas in town. A broad spectrum of visitors including families made me feel right at home. We had one of the most efficient waitresses I have encountered in a time. The prices were moderate. Don't plan on a meal there on Sundays--closed (as are many of the eating establishments in town).

Just ok and no different from most Mexican restaurants in Kentucky. Nothing special and overpriced.
