“Fantastic Customer service! Tonight, we ordered subs that my hubby picked up for a late dinner at home. I ordered a Turkey melt with lettuce, tomato, white cheese only, and dry bun, no condiments. My hubby had the spicy Italian. His was good, and mine was not what I ordered. They put mayo on it. I tried to scrap it off, but it had too much. I called to let them know that they made a mistake, and the young lady asked if I wanted to talk to a manager, I hesitated and then agreed.I talked to the manager, and he wanted to remake my sandwich and deliver it. I ended up ordering the Philly with only the meat, white cheese, pepper, and onion, and he delivered it still hot and the way I ordered it. Thank you for the great customer service. I have never had this great service in Carlsbad. We highly recommend it. We have also had their pizza, and it's the way we like it. it has a nice thin crust, plenty of sauce and vegetables. I'm so happy they added green chili to the menu. 💯“

“My husband, 3 kids and I stopped in for dinner while in Carlsbad. Had the buffet — the salad bar was fresh, the ranch was delicious, pizza was good, and the kids loved the dessert pizzas. The best part was our server, John. He was attentive and when he learned we were on vacation, he gave us several tips and recommendations — so helpful and a great ambassador for Carlsbad and New Mexico!“

“This is a Dominos. Pizza is definitely solid and exactly what I expected. Order was ready fast and exactly what I requested for both delivery (~15 minutes as I was staying close by) and takeout (ready in ~12 min). Customer service was good as well. Got the NY crust to try it out and it was pretty good! Lava cakes were awesome as usual.

Parking: I drove up and parked right by the front door for easy carry out at lunch time.“

“They don't honor any of the weekly website coupons that are emailed out. I'll change my review when they start to. Code works fine with other stores...not this one as they don't honor them.
