Was going to sit at the tables and enjoy a meal outside but was told by the person was taking orders that only orders for the drive thru were being taken. Very rudely was told that they were not waiting on people unless they were in the drive thru line

Had to pull into 3 different spots, the buttons don't work. The one where it did work, no one ever came. There was only 1 other car in the lot so they were not busy.

I would not recommend this Sonic. We placed our order through the app and the food arrived over 30 minutes after the app said it would be ready. So not only did we wait in the parking lot for over half an hour but our food was also cold as if it had been sitting the whole time.

This place is drive though only. Thus wait in a 20 car line. They have the order screens in the parking spots but will never answer the order call forcing everyone to go through the drive through line.
30 minutes after sitting in the drive through line just for a chocolate shake, I am told the ice cream machine is down. Unbelievable.

Placed a mobile order, app stated it would be ready by 9:48… it’s currently 10:08 and we are still waiting.
When we asked about the order, we were told ‘there are a lot of orders right now’.
10:10 Order came out cold…. Not happy at all. I don’t have 20 more min to wait.
