I don't know what's happened to Sonic's in Carlsbad they've either gotten so cheap or they're just not willing to pay people to work we couldn't even get service at the place and after about 15 minutes at the booth and then another 15 minutes in line we finally left

Whoever that jennifer girl is rude & very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time she’ll try to make you pay for your food twice, even though you already paid & STILL didn’t get our food. I will never go to this location again. She shouldn’t work in food or around people because she doesn’t know how to act or treat people.

My family and I had dinner here last night and it gave every single one of us food poisoning. Everyone who ate this sonic was sick all night! Only one family member did not eat this Sonic and they are not sick.
Only drive thru was open, line was insanely long, order was wrong, drinks flavorless.

These guys were getting it done! We were just visiting and thought we'd grab a bite. All customers had to use the drive thru which I'm sure was very frustrating for some. However, the staff was working hard to get the orders out in a very professional manner. Our order was perfect and delicious. The person manning the drive thru said they were in the process of making changes so it should only get better from here!

Well the Sonic on the old Sonic the people are not very courteous they don't get your order right when you order a number two cheeseburger with jalapenos and you get a bacon burger and a corn dog maybe they need to figure out what they're doing and their chocolate shakes you don't get a full large chocolate shake the one on the North End the new Sonic the service is a lot better they get your order right and they make a hell of a chocolate shake

This is the absolute worst place to go, unless you have an hour to kill for "fast food" online order, not available, order at stall, unavailable, drive thru, all the way to the street. Slow slow service. The only reason I go is if I get an order while driving for doordash and it just reminds me why I don't go here. Artesia, Roswell, El Paso, ABQ, everywhere else is great but the 2 locations in Carlsbad are a waste of time. The food is decent sonic food if you have the time to kill but if you order doordash make sure and tip good because your driver is going to be stuck there trying to get help for 30-45 minutes

You can be guaranteed your order won't be correct. I ordered a SS cheeseburger. It's supposed to have double meat. I got single. You literally have to unwrap and check everything.
