This subway is usually my go to sub restaurant because the staff is friendly, fast, and accurate. But today there was a new face and she seriously needs some training in the customer service area. She's pretty rude and that's disappointing considering how nice the rest of the crew has always been.

Ordered online and pulled up 30 minutes after. They said I would have to wait for about 10 people in the lobby to get their sandwich first. More than once I’ve been in here and had to wait for them to make online orders. Will not be back.

Great service pretty clean subs always Toasted perfectly fresh vegetables and meats sauces not bitter 5 stars all the way except for wait times sometimes 30 minutes to get served but it's the Busiest Subway in town but Great all aroundMy Subway order ?Supreme meats on Italian herb and cheese provolone toasted lettuce tomato's pickles jalapeños banana peppers ranch Buffalo sauce MVP parmesan Vinegarette and creamy Sriracha 25/10 highly recommend this sub

Kid-friendliness: There nice with no swearing with plenty of kids meals from 4-6 subs to a pizza there's a lot of different options for kids to eat and enjoy
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to be found anywhere in the parking lot so wheelchair accessible from all angles

I felt so bad for the people here. They had a trainee and one other employee, and there was a huge line. Food was fine and they did the best they could. Hire more people, please. The time it took was a little painful.
