District manager was argumentative after we did not receive a burrito that was ordered and paid for. -$2.60 burrito and an upset kid. She insisted she bagged the burrito herself. She did not. It was corrected and is why I rated four stars.

Missing nachos from my drive thru order so I went inside to get it, multiple employees walked to the front counter and ignored me and looked past me pretending to not see me. Some dude has to stop doing drive thru to help me and I tell him I’m missing my nachos. He gives me the chips and LIES and says they are out of cheese. Funny how you weren’t out of cheese when I just went through the drive thru to order or for any of these other people ordering cheese. Making mistakes and then being mad at me for it is crazy work. A cup of cheese would not have hurt you to just give it to me even if you didn’t want to believe me. Petty.

I'm extremely appalled I just called and a Tanisha think her name was, answered and I asked to speak to a family member and she denied it even after I told her it was an family emergency. I believe she said No that he is on the line. I'm sorry but that's when a manager should step in😳😬 I sure hope she isn't one

My order was messed up on door dash and instead of giving trouble for it they fixed it immediately and gave to me me for free. Jose took care of me I recommend them!

We ordered vegetarian food for a group of 5 people and one of the orders (selected from the exclusive vegetarian menu at the kiosk) came with beef. Since none of us eat meat, or have ever eaten meat before, one of us ended up consuming some of the beef before realising that the order was wrong which led to the rest of us disassembling our food to double check if there was any meat which completely ruined the experience. The service was extremely slow, it was an afternoon and there were 5 people in the staff, with only one other occupied table and yet our orders came after nearly a 20 minute wait with 1-2 items missing from the order list. The food staff work super slowly. The wrong bathroom code was repeatedly given which prevented us from using the facilities. After asking numerous times, the correct code was finally given after much frustration. I guess expecting the staff to realise that if a whole group orders only vegetarian food, they probably have a dietary/religious reason to do so - so the orders must be double checked is too much to expect. Unacceptable from a tourist location!

Everything I got literally had close to nothing on the inside the place will rip you off and send you out the door I’d rather and will spend my money at a local restaurant instead of that place

They get my order wrong every time, so I expect it. This time though, they got it wrong twice! First time I was missing half my order, second time they fixed it but still didn't count correctly and shorted me tacos.
They are very slow, that's why the second drive thru lane is always blocked off. They overcharge due to the geographic location, which I would be okay with if they actually put out good food, but they are skimpy and don't listen very well.
Do they know the difference between jalapeno sauce and chipotle sauce or is that an asshole management decision to just use one and not the other. Honestly, they think we are stops and don't know the difference.
They finally brought back the Double Decker, but they are very skimpy with the ingredients and it pisses me off when I ask for nacho cheese and they charge . 90 cents and don't even add it half the time. If I don't notice it, it's basically not there.
If you like broken tacos, sorry customer service, your will be missing items then by all means come here otherwise id advise you to go elsewhere

They run out of stuff, every now and then ya get a taco in ya didnt order or forgot sour cream however They show up do what they can and stay open late when all closes. So they are appreciated. Cause they always try their best.
