They get my order wrong every time, so I expect it. This time though, they got it wrong twice! First time I was missing half my order, second time they fixed it but still didn't count correctly and shorted me tacos.
They are very slow, that's why the second drive thru lane is always blocked off. They overcharge due to the geographic location, which I would be okay with if they actually put out good food, but they are skimpy and don't listen very well.
Do they know the difference between jalapeno sauce and chipotle sauce or is that an asshole management decision to just use one and not the other. Honestly, they think we are stops and don't know the difference.
They finally brought back the Double Decker, but they are very skimpy with the ingredients and it pisses me off when I ask for nacho cheese and they charge . 90 cents and don't even add it half the time. If I don't notice it, it's basically not there.

They run out of stuff, every now and then ya get a taco in ya didnt order or forgot sour cream however They show up do what they can and stay open late when all closes. So they are appreciated. Cause they always try their best.

The young lady at the drive thru window was polite, but extremely quiet and reserved. The food was decent, but like everywhere else these days it was overpriced. I don't eat fast food very often, but if I'm back in this area, I would eat here again.
Very Disappointed in service, food was cold , hardly any meat or cheese on taco’s , store was dirty , mop buckets by where food was being prepared.

Save your time and go to the other Taco Bell across town. There were 4 cars in front of me when I ordered and it took every bit of 20 minutes to finally make it to the second window. The order taker didn't ask if I wanted any sauce (I mean...who eats here without any sauce??) so I made a mental note to ask for some. By the time I finally got to the window I totally forgot about the sauce so now I'm eating luke warm tacos with no sauce. Sad day.

Every time I order a a party pack and a comp I they always short me on tacos. I thought it was a fluke but no they get lazy counting them. Every order I have ordered is wrong. They didn’t use to do this but now they constantly do

Upon arriving I had to wait for someone to take my order. I made eye contact with several of the employees there and no one cared to take my order. Finally after just standing there for a few minutes a young lady drags her feet to come take my order and looked as if she didn’t want to be there. I could barely understand a word she spoke as it seems she was too inconvenienced to speak. I’ve never had such rude and disrespectful experience. There was also no ice in the ice dispenser, no napkins refilled and no lids for my drinks. We were from out of town and Looking for a friendly and welcoming place to eat. I would not recommend this place.
