Good food but the blonde/red hair little girl with glasses was so rude, weird and seemed pissed at me idk, best go to the drive through they cool, if you go in, it's unpleasant (avoid her) I'm mad.

We walked into lots of orders sitting on the counter. Our order was taken fairly quickly, but then we waited and waited. We just wanted a quick snack. After 10 minutes a group of kids came i who took their bags off the counter. A few ordered. We noticed a few other people who were in the store were complaining about getting their orders. After about 25 minutes my husband went to see again if ours was ready. He got it and it was stone cold. We didn't have time to speak to someone, as we had an event to go to. It would have been nice for your employees to tell us up front that there was going to be such a long wait. Then to wait that long, only to be handed cold food, was disappointing When we visit Carlsbad again, I'm afraid we won't be stopping by here again.

I ordered a biggie meal a small choc frosty and a double bacon burger which showed 9.00 + on menu. Total was 18.99. I got back a dollar from a twenty. Got home and found a small bacon double stack instead of large burger that should of had everything on it. Plus 2 meats and bacon. Called and was told sorry they gave us small burger instead of one ordered. And had they given me a receipt, I could of got a refund. I can't give them a receipt that was never given to me in the first place. So my option was to get a burger no longer wanted or give them a receipt I was not given for a refund. Why get a burger that would go to waste, I don't throw food away!! Or try magic spell hoping I could conjure up a receipt out of the air for them. So who gets screwed out of 9.00 for a burger we got charged for, me or person no longer wanting it. Well wendys, do you have money to throw away, cuz we dont. Check your trash by register and my receipt is in there I'm sure. Because I can't give you what you didn't give me. Expensive lesson. We don't all have amazing jobs that cover those kinds of money draining mistakes. Some of us live on limited amount. If you know which was my order and you know it was a mistake, common sense would be to make it right. .it had not been but 30 minutes if even that, since we went thru line. And they knew mistake had been made. And no receipt was given. Guess customers are not always right even when they are right.
