Fantastic place to stop in for coffee. I had the Dark chocolate latte, and Quiche. The owner is very polite and has done a great job at capturing the mountain vibe.

It is rare to find this quality of French pastry in rural New Mexico. I will go crazy when they close for the winter season. I will probably eat one of everything on their reopening day come spring/summer.

Certified coffee snob here. This is only place in town I found that makes a decent cup of coffee. Hot brown colored water everywhere else including train. Had the green chile quiche and it was yummy. Friendly service. Walking distance from Chama Trails motel. Just be aware of which days this place is open.

Was on a cruise into the unknown and came upon this spot by chance. Everything I’ve tried was delicious and excellent quality. I’ve worked/managed in NYC cafes and for a world renowned pastry chef and this place is Legit.

Absolutely wonderful, surprising & amazing to find such an excellent, made daily from scratch, European style bakery & coffee shop in the tiny (under 1,000) town of Chama,NM! Definitely worth a multi-hour detour, but but be sure & check their website or Facebook page for hours of operation before you make that detour
We were informed about "Wilder" from Colorado friends. On a whim we decided to venture into Chama from our small rental cabin in the area. What a gem and how lucky is Chama to have this business locally!!! We sadly didn't have any of the baked goods but they looked divine. The breve latte and the chai latte's were out of this world.Jazzmyn the owner ended up selling me a pound of her coffee after our conversation about needing coffee and she doesn't sell bagged or ground coffee. Amazingly generous. She is also a wellspring of the local scene and information. If you are passing through Chama Thursday-Sunday do yourself a favor and stop by "Wilder"......

I don't know what we were expecting when we pulled into Chama, NM, but this little gem was definitely not it. What a find. We ordered the quiche and bread pudding pastry and a couple coffees and everything was delicious. The coffee shop is designed perfectly and the gals are super friendly. Highly recommend getting up even earlier and having breakfast here before the train ride!
