Totally awesome pastries and coffee. It's unreal to find this quality anywhere, and in a small northern NM village it's really a treasure.
Best Little Bakeshop in NM. The lemon tarts are to die for, but so is everything else.
Wonderful pastries!!! Will definitely visit next time we are in Chama !! The bread pudding was our favorite

Wilder Bakeshop & Espresso is a charming bakery and coffee shop with a wonderful atmosphere. It is a must-stop, offering top-notch espresso drinks, excellent Americano coffee, and delicious lattes. The pastry selection is fabulous and unmatched, with unbelievably good items. Favorites include the caramel pecan rolls, the raspberry preserve loaf, a perfect lemon curd tart, Green Chile Quiche, Bread Pudding, and an asparagus, goat cheese, lemon zest croissant. The pastries are delicious, with many to choose from. It is highly recommended to arrive early for the best selection.
