“My wife and I mistakenly pulled into this bakery intending to go to the taco shack. What a blessing! In lieu of instant indigestion from tacos, we had delightful, light pastries and great coffee. My wife had tea!If you EVER travel through Chama headed to parts unknown, Patsy's is a MUST stop. The croissants were better than the ones I had in Paris France a couple months earlier; much more flaky!“
“Certified coffee snob here. This is only place in town I found that makes a decent cup of coffee. Hot brown colored water everywhere else including train. Had the green chile quiche and it was yummy. Friendly service. Walking distance from Chama Trails motel. Just be aware of which days this place is open.“
