My wife and I mistakenly pulled into this bakery intending to go to the taco shack. What a blessing! In lieu of instant indigestion from tacos, we had delightful, light pastries and great coffee. My wife had tea!If you EVER travel through Chama headed to parts unknown, Patsy's is a MUST stop. The croissants were better than the ones I had in Paris France a couple months earlier; much more flaky!
My family and I stopped there for lunch Dec 22. It was a cold day, so 3 of us order the Pozole which was spicy and delicious. It was served with a warm yummy sopapilla. One person ordered the chicken fried steak which was also cooked to perfection. If in Chama, the restaurant is a great cozy stop for delicious food!
