The menu features delicious options, including the chimichanga burger with two sauces on the side and Granny T’s chicken tenders with corn and potato mashers. The staff did an excellent job accommodating large groups, and everyone was friendly, making guests feel welcome. Recently, the restaurant received praise for its great service, with one server going out of their way to return a forgotten charger. Kit Carson Restaurant is a highly recommended spot for breakfast or any meal of the day, especially after a long hike around Philmont.
