Joyce was a super pleasant waitress; she enhanced the surroundings, the elegance of the decor. We will be back to Taos simply to stop by here and enjoy the remarkable history of the place. Dang this was memorable, and the food was delicious.
So we have been coming here since before the sell for decades on decades.
I wouldnt feed the chili to my worst enemy. It tasted like boiled ketchup and cardboard.
The wings and fish and chips were great. Burgers were okay. Asked for well done and was served medium rare.... so ya ynat doesnt work. We want to support but also the chili was literally unpalatable to the entire table.
The bathrooms were gross. 100% no for me....

We have always enjoyed the food and the service...what a let down. My husband had beef enchiladas with rice and beans...it was ALL bland, rice was horrible, beans tasted like they came out of a can and the enchiladas had NO FLAVOR.
