“The food and most of the staff we’re great. One of the staff started a debate about Mexican and New Mexican foods not served. No potatos in NM ? What and Perea family being the oldest in the state. We all have roots girl but learn your facts. You do serve Mexican here, flan is Mexican. But became an argument not a place for this made the meal less enjoyable to bad.“

The ambiance was tranquil with the soft music creating a soothing atmosphere. I left the class feeling physically and mentally refreshed. Thank you Outpost 1706 for putting on this event. “It was gorgeous and clean. Everything worked as it should and contrary to some of the other reviews, we DID see security outside on the premises at night. The staff was amazing. My mom was happy with everything except for the amenity fee, which was posted, but it wasn't super clear that she was being charged until she got her receipt. Yes there is a sign, but perhaps it would be more helpful to include a statement at check-in about what the fee includes, or just increase the nightly fee by $20. Even still, the price wasn't too bad.“

“Every. Single. Drink. I have ever had from the Botanic Bar is absolutely amazing. Tip: even their non-alcoholic drinks with alcohol in it are amazing. I highly recommend the bee sting with gin. Just try it, you won't be disappointed. ??“

“Great little place. The lounge is where you check-in. The gentleman working the bar was friendly and quick to attend to any request. It appeared he was a one man show. He was serving drinks, checked us in to our room. We needed him to rekey our access card as well as plunge a toilet clog (just TP) from the previous guest. He was on top of it all immediately. The room itself was super cute, really clean, and comfy. All of it was aesthetically pleasing. Really great stay for the price. Would definitely stay here again.“

Service was fast and kind, but they really hit the sugar craving I had that day. I love candy shops, and this is good, but not the level Minnesota candy shops are.“

“Though I think they need to place a beer menu on the side wall where you’re inevitably going to wait in line on a busy weekend, the staff was really accommodating with beer recommendations, and offered me a sample to help me decide. I didn’t feel rushed, which might add to your wait. But I think the attention they give you makes up for it! Also the beer was tasty 😋“

“Always a treat to visit Prairie Star. The food is consistently good and the staff always friendly and professional. My only complaint is that this particular night the table of eight gentleman next to us were quite loud, a real departure from the usual warm and inviting atmosphere. Conversation for our group of four was a strain. Still, noisy customers are not the fault of the establishment. And besides ... a little ho-ho-ho at the holiday season never hurt anyone.“

“Looking for a place to grab a bite I stopped here. Restaurant is inside the bar but not part of it. Drinks are payed to bar and food is ordered and payed at window next to bar..still inside so no issue there. Food was great, service was great, place is clean with plenty of bar tables and regular tables for comfortable family dining. Do recommend chicken sandwich.. wings were also really good. Burgers are huge. Overall a great place for drinks and food.“

“Prime Rib was the beef special of the night. I forgot to ask the market price which ended up being $96. We split it and there was an adequate amount for both of us. The beef was perfectly prepared (rare). We also split the duck croquette and steak tartare. All were excellent.“
