As a business manager myself I would remind him he is the first Interaction and impression a customer has with the business, he sets the entire tone and mood, smile!

Server was a sweetheart, and nailed every aspect of her job. She made up for Mr grumpy pants at the door 😂

Restaurant was clean, we'll kept up, and had a good vibe to it. Only small complaint was the obscene music playing from the kitchen to the dining room and only because I had my niece with me. (waitress apologized, again she was an absolute sweetheart)“
