Entered IHOP with only 2 other people in restaurant. Was seated right away and was told waitress would be with us shortly restaurant was clean our appetizer took awhile and the chicken strips where over done border on burnt. When I got my main dish chicken was ok but mash potato’s where cold. My husbands Mac and cheese was made with a cheap box noodles with a sprinkle of grated cheese. This is the best service I've seen at IHOP. The manager came to visit our table. He took time to talk to my child and myself. He was very kind. The pancakes were fantastic.
I recommend the waitress Monica Barrera at the IHOP in Panorama City Calif as she gives such great and wonderful service. She asks if everything is ok and always comes back to give refills. This is much appreciated. Best wishes from the original Johnny Blaze, and "may the Blaze be with you."
