I was here for a late breakfast around 11:00 on Monday. Maybe they have a lunch cook who doesn't know how to make omelets? The green chile omelette was flat not fluffy, overcooked (brown) on the bottom, and dry. The hash browns were overcooked on top and almost raw on the bottom. Maybe you can see that in this photo. (At least they had Cholula sauce to give this some flavor.) I should have sent it back -- which I almost never need to do.
