We used Zuly's for an event there in Dixon during the Studio Tour. The enchiladas were exceptional>the best NM food I've had in ages. Friends, step in our take out; you too will be quite pleased.

After a hike, hungry, didn’t see any place to eat in Pilar. Asked the nice gentlemen at the RioGrandeGorgeVisitorCenter if he could point us to a lunch spot. He enthusiastically suggested Zuly’s, 15 minutes away. Wow! We had no expectation of finding someplace this good. Excellent! A casual place not only open late afternoon, but also with 3 guys playing acoustic music (Tres Veterans) and a nice outside patio.

I've been cooking Spanish food for over 50 years and I can say Zuly's has the best Spanish food I've ever had. Their red chile is so good. The pinto beans were so tasty. We drove from Tesuque at the suggestion of a friend and it not disappoint. The drive is beautiful and the food is awesome.
