Had my first tasting at Black Mesa this weekend. First off it’s a very cute area to hang out and have a glass or a picnic. Nice seating area that is well decorated. The wine itself is fantastic. I loved the great descriptions and the staff was more than happy to explain, they truly seemed to love educating and love wine. We did a tasting which offered 5 wines for $10. There was only one I didn’t love. Great place to stop, especially to get new wine drinkers into the fun.
Rise and shine Mr. Freeman, Rise and shine. not that i wish to imply that you were sleeping on the job. no one else in the world is more deserving of a rest, and all the effort in the world would have gone to waste... untill... wll lets just say you hour has come again. The right man in the wrong place can make all the difference in the world. so wake up Mr. Freeman. Wake up and smell the ashes.- The G-Man

Thank goodness they provide shipping to diverse locations (those that accept wine by mail; not all states do); and I was lucky to receive two amazing bottles of wine. The chocolate wine (called "Black Beauty")...read full review
