I've been cooking Spanish food for over 50 years and I can say Zuly's has the best Spanish food I've ever had. Their red chile is so good. The pinto beans were so tasty. We drove from Tesuque at the suggestion of a friend and it not disappoint. The drive is beautiful and the food is awesome.
Absolutely best of the best NM food! Whether you're a curious traveler or a chile-obsessed local like me looking for a nice sit-down experience, you will not be disappointed by the awesome food here. Normally I go for a smothered burrito, but this time I picked up the Red Chile Beef Enchiladas at the recommendation of the amicable staff. The Chile is some of the best I have had anywhere.

Zuly's has some of the best New Mexican food you will find anywhere. It is worth a trip to Dixon just for this food (though there is other nice stuff to see and do in Doxon). There are plenty of vegetarian options here, and both the Red and Green Chili are vegetation. If you are anywhere near Taos, Espanola, or Santa Fe, Zuly's is a must visit.
