The service related rating was not our server. Instead of being localized for better service, the food server had to many tables and spread all over. Having a son that was a food service trainer for Olive Garden and Lucilles in So Cal ... I call it failed
I think after Covid, they had a major issue with quality. They are trying to step up their game and do better. Seems these days it's like hit or miss, but this time Applebee's was a hit.

Honestly, this is the best place in town! The managers & staff are absolutely outstanding. It is always so clean & the customer service is excellent. We have traveled across the country, and this Applebee's really is set apart from the rest.
