Costa Vida Reviews
Everytime we come into this restaurant we try to make it sure the employee, Danielle, is not working. She is incredibly picky with portioning and is beyond happy to over charge for everything that we ask and when confronted her response is that we need to pay extra. This behavior is disgusting and to be so prudent with every piece of food is repulsive and unacceptable; this wouldn't be an issue if I don't come every week when she is not here and receive the proper portioning without...read full review
I ordered a sweet pork burrito with avocado and black beans etc, my order was confirmed for delivery. Great, after over an hour of my order being confirmed, my order was cancelled. Costa Vida offers delicious food in a clean and busy environment. While it may be a bit pricey, the tasty smothered burrito is highly recommended. Some customers feel the quality has decreased over the years, with fewer meat options available. Despite this, the food remains tasty and fresh. However, some recent experiences have highlighted issues with service. Customers have reported awkward interactions with staff, where responses were minimal and unhelpful. Additionally, there have been complaints about the horchata being watered down and lacking flavor. Although a meal for two adults and a child typically costs between $35-40, making it a reasonable option compared to other fast food places, long wait times and disorganization have affected the dining experience for some. Overall, Costa Vida is still considered a great choice for fresh and flavorful Mexican food, with many returning for favorites like shrimp tacos and nachos, despite some service hiccups.
