4 out of 7 times that we have placed our order on the app, they have messed up our order. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal but the items they messed up on, cost extra and we didn’t receive them. With multiple people ordering and people receiving messed up orders, it cost us quite a bit of money. We are seriously about to quit going to this location.
Ordered a limeaid on the app at 7pm. Arrived 5 min later and tried to check in 10 times on the app... No go. So, pushed the button and it flashed for 5 min so I thought it might be defective. I went to another car port and pushed the button there and after 2 min a lady came on and emphatically she would be "with me in a few minutes". Sonic always has great food and it always comes out in a jiffy. This was always my go to place for the huge Coney Island hotdog when I was pregnant haha. 10/10!
