This seemed like a very popular restaurant. Busy, but short wait time!The food was good, and the service was great.Lots of variety on the menu.The salad bar has lots of items and might be a better option than getting a side salad with your meal!!
Was in town and needed some food so we stopped into Porters. We were promptly sat by the hostess and within a few minutes our server stopped by to take drink orders. When returning qith the drinks she took our order and the food was out very quick! We ordered fried mushrooms and fried zucchini for an appetizer. Had the chicken fried chicken and the salad bar. Chicken fried chicken was one of the best I've ever had. Used the green chili gravy on the side for dipping & it was yummy. But the salad bar was ultimately the best & freshest veggies etc ever had in a restaurant! We'll go back as often as possible.
