Food took forever to get to us after ordering despite there only be 2 or 3 other tables at the time. When my chicken and shrimp dish arrived my mashed potatoes were still cold inside. Applebee's legitimately needs to do a quality control check on this place

Service was great, our waiter was very nice. People were laughing and having a good time, there is music. Food was OK. Boneless wings, mozzarella stickswere very good but our quesadilla was super dry and Chips and artichoke was super salty.

I feel sorry for patrons from local hotels that want a drink to relax. The bartender is on a power trip, people experience the area and want to relax. I physically watched numerous people not be served, and then myself. The owner should learn about why they are not making money. The bartender was too serious to figure out a channel that was requested by numerous people during March madness for a game. Why be open late if you do not want to serve hotel patrons?
I frequently go to this Applebee's since living here in Gallup. I love me some Gabriella! She is my favorite! Always smiling and friendly! I usually go when Gabby is working, but when I don’t I love me some Dylan! These 2 are top notch in my book, always a good time! I think the Hostess is Geronimo , always smiling and inviting!

They cancelled our dinner order because they chose to close over an hour earlier than they’re supposed to. They called and told us they already sent their servers home and locked up before 11pm and they’re not supposed to close until midnight. Not sure what kind of business closes up whenever they want to when there are set hours but definitely won’t come here anymore if the employees aren’t even willing to work

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend! The managers are all so great! They are actively on the floor and working alongside their staff. One of the best Applebee's that I've been to.

To start with I walked in to order so that there would not be any confusion. I have Alpha Gal which is severe allergies to mammal products. But my wife can eat a regular diet. After hearing from the chef that everything is cooked on the same grill and knives are not cleaned. I ordered for my wife and a friend I would get a meal from WalmartI ordered the 2 for 25 lime chicken for them with a spinach dip appetizer. The person taking the order was distracted by multiple phone calls for other employees and canceled my order once. After I thought we had it straight he asked if I wanted a salad with the order. I said if it was included. When I picked up the order it had only one order of the chicken with a salad for the other meal. The dip was a small cup half filled.I peeked in the kitchen when I was there and saw packages being cut open and plated. In other words pre made food.For the price it was a rip off.A dinner salad and a plate of microwave frozen fiesta lime chicken. With chips and dip the dog refused.Dietary restrictions: Everything is cross contaminated bewareNo safe option available
