My wife and I are foodies , and we love Mediterranean food. Landing at this spot amidst our travels through AZ and NM last week was a most unexpected but welcomed surprise! Our family of four just had a wonderful dinner at Oasis tonight after seeing so many great reviews…believe the hype! Delicious fresh food, fabulous friendly service, clean, quick, all around great! Look no further for a place to eat if you’re ever in Gallup, NM, this is where you should go!

Fantastic fresh food. Amazing Oasis salad. I appreciated this salad after not-so-great food while I was traveling. Family run. Super service. Delicious. I am definitely returning when I'm in Gallup. The perfect place to stop for excellent fresh food when you are traveling. Many thanks to owners.
