We always look forward to stopping for delicious burgers and fries on our way from AZ to CO. Head across the street to the dog park for a little picnic so our dogs can get some exercise and then on our way.

I don't visit New Mexico often so I grabbed 2 Lotaburger New Mexico Style...I get back home and get ready to warm the burger only to find out they left the most important ingredient off... the GREEN CHILI!!! However... the burger was still enjoyable.

Burgers/Burritos are still as good as I remember. i remember them being way bigger back in the 90's. Either way, food got more expensive, burritos got smaller.

I got diarrhea after eating a meal from this Blakes. I noticed the workers do not change gloves. I saw a worker dropped a Sharpie pen, another worker kicked it and the worker picked up the pen, used the pen to write on the order and continued making burritos. Didn't change gloves..

My boyfriend ordered a Pepsi with NO ICE, I watched the lady even type it into the computer. She turned around and yet STILL gave him a cup full of ice and Pepsi. I was astonished. Then I had asked what kinda seasoning is on the seasoned fries, because I know each place is different. She gave me the UGLIEST and most RUDE look and said "uh seasoned fries". I laughed out of pure amazement and looked at the boyfriend. We got our food and my burger had items on it I specifically asked to not have, and watched her even type in the computer on those. This isn't a complaint however it is funny. My boyfriends name is the EASIEST name in history and she still got it wrong. Haha we laughed. Just went in to get my burger fixed. The lady, named Tracy, just says "yeah" and just hands me a bottom bun to fix it myself. The issue with my burger couldnt have been fixed with just a BUN!!! For my first time, piss poor. Never again. Worst experience I've ever had.

Asked for a Pepsi with no ice, got ice anyway. Asked for what seasoning comes on the seasoned frys and was told "it's seasoned" also I gave the order name as PJ, was wrote down as PEE JAY, got 2 burgers with no mustard and one with no tomatoe, the no tomatoe was correct, but the other with no mustard came with mustard, but hey they got the cheese on it just fine, for my first time experience here it was poor. Edit: we got a bottom "heel" bun to fix the no mustard issue, I won't lie that was funny but they were serious about it.
