Hate to say it everyone is right itsa not the same i do not live in NM anymore just leaving thought about having my favorite lotaburger with red chile and cheese combo But to my disappointment they dont have red chili(chile beans) on top of a burger smh So I got a green chile which is ok again burger was bland fries were not fresh dr pepper taste like diet dr pepper idk if its just this location but it looks like whataburger vs in & out is thing no more lotaburger for me wwwwwwhhhhhyyyyyyyy

Burger was not toasted.. so sloppy.. one tomato one lettuce and not the same anymore. When order was ready number wasn't called so my order was sitting on the counter and when I got it they had to check my receipt for the shake they missed.. overall bad experience. Won't recommend this location

I grew up with Blake’s Lota Burger, and while it’s been many years since I patronized them, the burger was cooked dry, barely warm and a modicum of dressing.

Need to fix phone system. Placed my order through the automated system. Confirmed the location twice before ordering. They confirmed my order, charged me. Waited the amount of tim, came in to pickup and they were unable to locate my order. Causing me to order twice and wait even longer. Very dissatisfied
Ordered drive thru. Food was hot and good. Service was on the slow side but I don’t want to hold it against them as there were several other vehicles ahead of us
Horrific service and we couldn't even get food. There was a large 24 combo order I guess a few people before us and they chose to ignore the people who had already ordered food and those of us waiting in line. People ahead of us kept leaving, and others were asking for refunds for having to wait so long for their food. There was no acknowledgement to anyone that there was a large order and they would be with us soon, we were all ignored until someone came asking for a refund, then they chose to let us all know there was a $400 order, so basically they weren't going to be taking anyone else's order. Wanted to try it because we saw it all over passing through and it looked good while we were inside. Service 100% needs to be worked on because I have no idea what you call what we experienced.
