Excellent green chili and cheeseburger. Tasty seasoned fries. Yummy pumpkin pie shake. All ingredients tasted very fresh, the shake even had actual pie in it that was cut from a whole pie while it was being made. Highly recommended stop if you are driving through.

This place used to be worth the stop. The place was filthy. We had to clean our own tables, trash were full, drink station had no lids, straws, and the countertop was very dirty. Windows had so many flies. So many employees standing around yet the place was filthy. Our order was even wrong and when I went to the cashier I stood there for a few minutes and was ignored. It's unfortunate to see how this place has gone downhill.

This is the first time I am very disappointed in Blake's burgers. We always stop by the Blake's Burgers on Lincoln Avenue in Gallup, New Mexico. Twice, we waited a while for our orders, once Sunday night and once Monday morning. We had to ask both times, and the employees didn't even care by saying, "Oh." After Sunday, we gave another chance. We get down the highway Monday and realize our order wasn't complete. So again, for the first time, I'm very disappointed in Blake's.

We used to live in NM. My favorite thing about going back to NM is to stop at Blake's in Gallup to get a green chili burger. Today, I could barely find or taste the green chili. SOO disappointed. ?? The burger was good if you just wanted a basic burger ?♀️, and the fries were smoking hot????. So, not all was lost. Also, I'm sad it now costs $17 for one meal at a fast food joint. ??
Customer service was great, BUT! What happened to the burger patties? They look & taste steamed or boiled & NOT grilled. I've bragged about Lotaburger all the years I've lived away, just to come home to disappointment. And that was my craving. Thanks Lotaburger?

Service was great. He was friendly and helpful. I got the ITSA Burger and it was delicious! The veggies were fresh. My husband got the chili burger and he enjoyed it. We both got onion rings and thought they were very good and an order was too much to finish.
