Well I’d have to say I was dissatisfied with the chicken this past time when I ordered.. chicken was dry and look like it was cooked the day before .. called the company the same day .. said they always discard chicken after a certain time but I guess I received the day old discarded chicken.. very unsatisfying customer here

Took a long time to place my order, and by the time we got back to the hotel room ( less than 5 minutes away) the chicken was not hot and juicy. Ok I guess.

I order ubereats got my 5 tenders meal. The chicken is slimy frozen rubber,and hard. Lost my appetite. I also order the jalapeno bombers which was gross not fresh and cold.

We showed up to the restaurant to find out the lobby was closed before 8 and then we went tonthe drive thru line, only to find out that the would have fresh chicken after a 45 minute wait. We went across the street to KFC.

Whenever I happen to go through the drive thru in the evenings, placing an order is quite an experience. The first time I got what I ordered along with a boat load of gravy. The second time I went through the drive thru, I said no gravy just the items I ordered and I got the boat load of gravy with an entirely different order. The third time going through the drive thru I was told they had no corn on the cob and I specifically requested no gravy. What did I get? I got another boat load of gravy and given a second drink with my order. So yes, It's all gravy at this location.

Other times I've been here, it never looked like this. Who's in charge of cleaning? Bad communication between employees? Bad management? Or are the employees lazy? Trash around and on top of the trash can. Most of the tables were dirty.
Great chicken and tenders it's what keeps me coming back for more. The restaurant & restrooms were clean and quiet.
