Food bad. 8:30pm in Gallup, no chicken sandwiches left so I got the tenders. They were chewy like a dog toy. Biscuit tasted like bleach. My son ordered the nuggs with macn cheese. Nuggs were dry and chewy, and they put french fries in the bag and they forgot the ranch dipping sauce. We ordered medium drinks, we got these huge styrofoam cups with ill-fitting lids that leaked in the car. How the heck does this place stay in business??? The lady who took our money was pleasant and the fried okra was good, everything else was terrible.

They were so short on help that they ended up locking the dining room doors. Had to wait quite a while to get our food. Never go back.

If you like churches spicy chicken avoid this location..... they never have it. Used to be a great place . would give KFC a run for their money... not anymore. Just a waste of time.

Employees were friendly and fast. Lobby was very clean. Chicken was nice a crispy!
Stopped by this location in the afternoon on my way to Albuquerque after the snow storm. While the parking lot was covered with snow, I managed to get into the drive thru and order their 2 piece meal special with a side. Of course the prices are much cheaper compared to fried chicken in the way coast. The service was fast, the girl at the window was also super efficient and friendly. She handed me a box of fresh hot chicken. It was well seasoned, a good portion and it did not lack flavor. The crinkle cut fries were lightly salted, golden brown and delicious. I've not been to Church's in several years since leaving the south, but this was better than the chains in Texas.

The chicken was bland, and the service slow. However, the food was hot and the hot sauce almost made it taste better... almost. The biscuits were really good though.
