Sadly, this was probably the last time I visit Cracker Barrel. The taste of the food was substandard, service was hot and miss, and the hash brown casserole was cold.

I signed up for a table for four people; the wait time is 20 minutes. Five minutes later, a bus full of senior citizens showed up, and we waited 40 minutes. I noticed that people who signed in after me were being seated before us, so I went up to the counter to ask why. She sat us right away, and the server took about 10-15 minutes to come by and ask what we wanted to drink. We were ready to order. It took another 30 minutes for our order, one plate at a time, not all together.🤔😏

I had get waitern waitresses attention for carry out box. They didn't respond so I had to go and approach them. Service wasn't good we had to wait for extra cup of water plus notify them about a take out order that wasn't delivered.

After being a 20 year customer of CB I found the only CB I will not return to. Waited 15 minutes for a waitress to bring water.Poor service, 25 minute wait time for food in addition to initial wait time. Order received was incorrect. Meatloaf was dry, dumplings were dry. Atmosphere was crowded but not enough kitchen staff or inadequately trained server. Pass on this CB

If the place had fast food prices it would be kind of what i expect, but for the money i expected better food, had no real flavor to it! Everything was kinda undercooked. Service wasn't great, nobody seemed to be happy serving us except the cashier taking our money
Also be aware of extra charges for things they don't tell you about while ordering!

It was over 15 minutes until our drink order was taken. Service overall was extremely slow. And then another 30-40 minutes until we had our food (the restaurant wasn’t too busy). That may have been forgotten but then the food arrived and was fairly inedible. Eggs overdone, pancakes overdone, sausage so hard it couldn’t be cut with a fork, and fried okra that tasted like it had been cooked yesterday. Then there was no syrup brought with the order, no salad dressing with the salad, and a number of other missteps. We’ve never had such a bad experience at a Cracker Barrel but cannot recommend this one.

What can I say! The service was EXCELLENT! DARY, did an amazing job, he was courteous, attentive & polite. Not often you get great service like that. Thank you, Dary. I will be coming back. The food was excellent as well.

DO NOT ORDER TAKE OUT FROM HERE. The staff was frazzled with dinner hour going on, and even admitted they were irritated when our order came through. They forgot multiple items of food, no syrup for the pancakes, the piece of bacon I received with my meal was basically scraps. Not enough silverware was included, no straws for the drinks. Most importantly, no care or desire to do it the right way the first time. Thankfully we aren’t from here so we won’t be back, but the best thing that we received were there strawberry lemonade. Might be a different story dining in
