Sides don't taste like they use to. Sides and condiments were being brought out toward the end of our meal. The Raspberry Ice Tea did not taste good.

Came in to pick up an order, they gave us 2 giant drinks in a flimsy “drink holder” that collapsed the second I got in my car. After covering me in sticky tea I went back in to tell them what happened and get another drink. They said “was the drink holder double stacked ? It should’ve been” it wasn’t, because the checkout girl only used one, and that’s why it collapsed. They then charged me for another drink. Now I will be driving 7 hours home sitting in a wet sticky seat. Awful customer service , do not go here

While the people were friendly the ability to get my order right was poor. Plus they were slow and by the time I got all of my food that I ordered, I had to use my mircrowave at home to heat it up.Parking: plenty of options

The hostess checking me in remembered my party member who came before me and asked if it was she I was looking for, and directed me to the right table.OJ our server was friendly, efficient and professional. She kept my coffee topped off and asked how we were doing the right number of times, which added to a great eating experience.The food was great. I had Momma's Pancakes and it was delicious. The coffee was robust and I enjoyed it.The cashier was friendly and told me all about the rewards program that Cracker Barrel has and signed me up.I need to come to Cracker Barrel more often. Keep up the great customer service and making delicious food.

I hadn't been to cracker barrel since I was a teen, and it feels like it didn't change a single bit. Which is fine, but I think that's made the menu feel pretty stale. I got the sampler with meatloaf and chicken n' dumplings. The meatloaf was fine, but really could have used some sauce. It wasn't dry inside but the spices were rather plain. The chicken and dumplings was pretty one-dimensional, just white gravy. It really needs a retooling. The cornbread biscuit was good. The side corn was under seasoned. The green beans tasted tinned, but that's what I wanted so I really enjoyed those lol.Overall, the vibe is the same as you remember. It's a comforting environment. But, the food feels pretty dated.
