Fratelli’s Bistro in Gallup is the definition of heart-driven, family Italian. I walked in craving pizza and ended up blown away by the lobster ravioli—beautifully plated, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. What really sets this place apart is Ruth, the owner. Friendly and attentive wait staff, fun atmosphere, and fantastic food. Lots of gluten free options had our son smiling from ear to ear! The kid’s chicken strips are made from fresh chicken…not frozen and hand breaded. From salads and pasta to pizza we all loved our meals. Check this gem out in Gallup!
Good Gluten Free pizza. Got the 14” The Carnivore. Little on the pricey side of $27. Could have been cooked a little longer for the cheese and meats to have that delicious browning.
