We drove to NM for Thanksgiving vacation and passed Gallup. The food was served in good quality, especially hot and spicy wings tasted great. Stuffs are friendly and dressed in holiday customs. It is one of the best KFC restaurants I have visited.

Every time I come in they are always so slow, the staff always seems to be messing around and even when it ain't busy, my order still takes forever to come out, and not like 5-10 minutes, more like 25-30. This last time I bought a tender meal and it took 30 minutes to come out...smh

Shawn was AWESOME! Mary Pleasant and very helpful! Came up to take my order after I had been standing there already for a bit and no one else was paying any attention to me as the only person they're trying to order inside the store. Sean even took the extra steps to do my fries with no salt because I am not supposed to have the salt for health reasons and honestly don't like things that taste salty anyway so I truly appreciate that! I really like the Nashville hot chicken tenders. I do wish that they had green beans like it showed online as I really would have preferred something healthier than french fries but they didn't have any healthy options here for the sides sadly
