So, this isn't the first time I've had an issues with ordering AHEAD of time; and this has happened at multiple little ceaser locations. Now has happened here 3 times.
Ordering ahead of time is pointless.
Placed an order at 1 pm for a pick up between 4:40 and 4:50 pm, the same day. Get there at about 4:30 pm. Nothing in the warmer for our confrontation number. Talked to the front saying they had 8 more people to get before even talking to us. Finally get through the line and ask about the order to only THEN be told at 5 pm they either don't have it or they now have those 8 people to do a head of us. We got our meal at 5:20 pm... And again we ordered for a 4:40 to 4:40 pm pick up. There was no apologies, not here have a sauce on us, not a single explanation as to why a pre-order was placed behind walk ins.
Pizza is still great. Place is always busy. Staff were still polite but lacking for willingness to explain how it happened.
Will still come here, just avoid doing the preorder it doesn't save you time.

I came last night dec.10,there was a line out the door. The cashier name Krystal C. Very rude ,was to busy talking to the guy that worked there. The counter needed to be cleaned, floor needed sweep ,one man had yell at her,she looked at and turn back around to finish her conversation, bye this time was a line again. I order enlarged with expepperoni. When pizza was done the box wasn't closed, I get home to find there wasVery little sauce and no expepperoni. The place was very dirty food on the floor next to the trash can,the sign outside doesn't work.

Ordered online, store said they never received my orders while I held the receipt on my phone in front of their faces. Told me to reordered and can't do anything if I get charged again. Told me I would need to call number on app but app doesn't not provide number but just a survey that will be reviewed in a few days. Awful. This is not a one time occurrence.

They delivered quickly. I called in the order, and it was answered by a service out of India, not the US. I couldn't speak to someone who worked in my local store, and that is what I needed. I had to go in person. Frustrating. The person in the store was great.

I am very disappointed in the service of this location. I placed an order at 10:44 and didn't receive until 51 minutes later. I arrived by 11:10 to pick up and they had not even started the order yet. The worker was just arriving at work and after 20 minutes of waiting the lady stated that it was ready he was boxing it up. still nothing after another 10 minutes. I asked and she went over to get it, (not hot was just sitting there and the breadsticks were under cooked and soggy) and the excuse I got was some people come to work with an attitude. She offered wings as an apology and no manager to speak to on this. Worst service ever. I wasted $40 on this and will never go back again. I do expect a response from the manager. This is very unacceptable service. I know, I worked in the food service industry for over 20 years.
