The people who work here have no customer service skills. None. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, puffs, wings, and the crazy bread. Even included a tip. Cashier said the wait time would be 12 minutes. Okay, great. Waited outside for 12 mins. My son went back in and continued to wait. 12 minutes turned into 20. Check again, said they’re waiting on the puffs. After 30 minutes we check again. Lady goes in the back and comes back out and says we’ll just give you a refund. They’re barely putting the puffs in. Then the guys comes out and I tell him I want to refund the tip as well. He says I will just have to refund the whole thing and then you have to order again. WTH?!? Ridiculous. Seems like everyone has the same problem w/ this place.

I haven't had Little Caesars in a long time. Food was better than I remembered. I did have the most difficult time hearing the cashier and needed to ask him multiple times to speak up. Food was ready quick and I was overall satisfied.

Fast service, friendly cashier however was a small establishment and crowded waiting in line to order otherwise was good except I didn't like the street people around entrance asking for money and walking up o vehicles knocking on windows asking for money.

I got home , opened the box and dang ...wrong pizza. Called and called and called and called...NO FRICKIN ANSWER!!! Now I know ...they must not have phones or workers ?!!!

If I could give no stars I would. The service sucks here. Made us wait 30 mins for our thin crust pizza when only to give us a regular pizza and tell us they’re out of thin crust. They should’ve said that from the beginning instead of giving us a hard time then for the lady to say, “I didn’t take your order.” In a snarky way. Also gave me a hard time with giving me my refund as she can see it in the system what I paid with. Don’t come here if you wanna get rude service overall.
