We try our best to not just eat off the side of the road during road trips. We saw this place and got excited about breakfast burritos so we stopped in. It took over an hour to get food and eventually had to ask for the food to go and I watched several locals come in and get served before us. Food was not worth the wait and service was horrible.

Cute little Mexican restaurant with good food. I love that they let you pay it forward by buying a hot meal for others in need.

On my way to albuquerque this place was an excellent stop for an early breakfast burrito. The burrito was only 10-$11 and the lady working the front was extremely nice.

What a gem! I was looking for a breakfast spot, and we stopped at a coffee house first. Afterwards we walked to this place, and we were so glad we did! Food was AMAZING and the atmosphere was super hometown feel with genuine friendliness. Small place with just a few tables, but pretty sure we were the only non locals there. Love finding and supporting small local businesses like this ? I ate the breakfast burrito, but without it in the tortilla to make it gluten free. So yum.Dietary restrictions: Most things will need to be altered from the menu, such as requesting it without a flour tortilla, to make it gluten free. But its possible and delish!

Ordered the stuffed sopapilla.. It came with no red chili smothered on top.. had very little chili mixed with ground beef and beans. Red chili did not taste like the fresh red NM chili.. My husband had Maria's burger. Patty was so thin and, again, lacked enough red chili on the plate.. Poor customer service, too.

Great place, simple but full of care, flavor and friendliness. The red and green chili and chorizo were more flavorful than I've had anywhere. Had them with the breakfast burrito and it was delicious. Its obvious the owners really care about what they do and their patrons
