This is the slowest McDonaldâs on the face of the planet. If you get in line at 10:10 am for breakfast, by the time you actually get to order with 3 people in front of you, youâre too late. And they wonât even serve you even though itâs their fault that they canât get through 3 orders in a matter of 20 minutes.

Online app does not work good at all..I order my meals online thinking it would be fast and the purpose is to order online and not wait...But, when I get to the restaurant my meal is not ready and I have to wait for my meals...It's always happen here at this restaurant..Happen to me like 5 time already...It's getting annoying...Fix your app online ordering

The sad part about automation is, they're is no one who can help you. As I've waited through this review, I witnessed 3 patrons who could not be helped, there was no one at the register. I waited for my online pickup, seen it sit for 7 mins until I finally had someone hand me my bag. The price of profits, no customer service, until they get robots.

McDonald's is typically known for it's consistency in service and quality, not this establishment. To start with, the drive thru staff wasn't the most friendly or enthusiastic which I don't typically mind. But todays interaction stuck with me and my family. When we pulled up to the mic, we had to initiate the order to an individual who sounded like they were laying in bed. Then as we pull up to the window, we waited 5 mins untill anyone acknowledged our presence. When they eventually did, the equally unenthusiastic team member directed us to pull around as our order was still being prepared. From the time stamp on the receipt, it took them 20 mins to walk out our order to our vehicle. the real kicker for us was that they brought a tray full of other customer orders out at the same time... Meaning that the service staff had our order prepared and ready, but waited untill they collected the other orders behind us so they didn't have to make multiple trips. we orders 2 sandwiches and a fry. By far, worst experience at a McDonald's.

Wow is all I have to say! Passing thru, I stopped here and ordered breakfast. Come to open my meal and they forgot the cheese đ§ on my sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Went back thru drive-thru so they could fix it and this is what they gave me!!!! LoL what in the world! Cheap o mc donalds!

There was a long line at the cash register with no one helping the people in line. So I ordered at the large screen but it didn't give me a receipt. I tried to tell one of the workers, but she either didn't understand or just ignored me. After 5 min, one of the people in line at the register finally was able to order, and then the lady walked away.
I finally got my meal.

Last time I review was 5 yrs ago after the upgrade. Ate there yesterday. And still eat here regularly. Have to say, asked for fresh fries, ended up with hot yet hard fries. Could tell they just redipped the fries back into the oil to make "fresh". Now, I hav alot of patience, I could wait the mins for the fresh fries no problem. And also I'll add that when I order and head back home to eat, they been messing up on my orders too. Mostly missing stuff.
