Extremely disappointing experience at this Panda Express. I placed an online order specifically to avoid waiting, but when I arrived, walk-in customers were served first, leaving me stuck waiting anyway.
I spoke with Desiree, the store manager, and there was no urgency or effort to fix the situation. To make matters worse, the Teriyaki Chicken in my order was burnt, which shows a lack of quality control on top of poor service.
Online orders should be prioritized and food quality should meet basic standards. This visit was frustrating and a complete waste of time. I hope upper management addresses both the service issues and food preparation problems.

I was hesitant to come here because of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was very clean and the food was good just like you'd expect from Panda. The service was a little slow but other than that we had a good experience.

After visiting Panda at one of the Albuquerque stores , I realized how truly good our Panda is here in Gallup. What an awesome staff. Good Job managers!
Typical Panda food. Terrible parking lot/drive thru! I had to park across the street and walk over to get my order!

I used to like this location but it is getting incrementally worse. The portions are so small it's like you're getting the food for free. We'll get to where they just sell you a plate with nothing in it.
