Thank you Pizza 9 staff who took my call but gave reassurance today 3/05/2026 Thank you to the first initial person didn’t get a name. And thank you Farid manager went above and beyond and explain the situation very well!! Javier I hope? guy who took the order reassuring positive and apologetic with my order even when I should’ve been the one.And lastly the delivery driver Ms. James thank you for delivering our order. I hope you guys get all the positive feedback from everyone even when we’re being little grouches sorry again but thank you for the delicious food!! Everything was on point!!

Just got into town and hotel receptionist told us to get Pizza 9.Not only did I have stomach cramps all night from the chicken on my salad,but I had to literally pic through my lettuce and pic below says enough ! Only passing through town so need to call and complain.

To everyone coming to this Pizza 9, BRING YOUR OWN CRUSHED PEPPER AND PARMESAN CHEESE PACKETS . They charge you $2.14 even after ordering 6 boxes of pizza. If I knew this beforehand, I would’ve ordered elsewhere . This’ll be last time coming to this place.

It's not a very clean place. The floors are sticky and the tables were dirty. The kids had fun though.
This experience really disappointed me because I loved pizza 9 and I always enjoyed eating here with my family. However, this time was just not it and my review is long, sorry. Basically, my family and I come in, the place is pack and it’s teenagers basically running the place. We then ordered 2 pizza, salad and wings (the wings are important thing in this review). So, 30 mins go by and our foods done but, we are missing our wings. We tell them this and we just eat the food that is already there. Now, a group sat next to us and that means they likely ordered after us. They get their food but they also are missing their wings (this was 20 mins later) so we also tell the worker are missing our wings. Minutes go by and they table next to us get their wings, but we still haven’t received ours. Another 10 mins go by and still nothing. We get our refund and a worker gives us PLAIN NO SAICE WINGS (we ordered buffalo wings) after we have already got our refund. The point of this review is that I was disappointed and saw the plain wing delivery as a petty move from the workers. Please, work on that customer service next time. 😔

I began to love pizza9 , cause we don't have Dion's in Gallup .lol jk. Pizza9 is great for dine in and take out. It's good to eat here.
Didn’t order any food. Came for the arcade/game room. Old games (from 90s), which only take quarters. Not worth it to stop by 👎🏽

To the manager/owner of this franchise….today, Thursday June 5th, at approximately 430 pm…you need to have a strongly worded conversation with your employee who drives the dark grey Honda civic and is out delivering pizzas….driving frankly like an idiot but to be diplomatic he/she should be reprimanded. I’m driving a large commercial vehicle, specifically a glass rack truck…I’m fully loaded and very heavy…slow to get up to highway speed especially on an on ramp to westbound i40….tailgating me all the way down the damn on ramp until they could get around…….all of that just to deliver a damn pizza. I say this respectfully but also bluntly….i don’t give a rats ass about anyone’s pizza getting delivered ESPECIALLY IF YOUR DELIVERY DRIVER is driving in an unprofessional manner. They need to have respect for other people, motor vehicles, especially slower moving commercial vehicles and afford them the space to safely navigate. All I will say is I’m glad I didn’t have to make a sudden swerve (and I had my turn signal on to merge) otherwise this situation would’ve ended end disaster with my vehicle in the ditch and rolled over.
