The girl with the black glasses working at Drive Thru is REALLY rude. She takes my card out of my hand and she rudely hands me my drinks and food. No smile or nothing and after she gave me my food and drinks and I told her thank you, she immediately closed the window on me and gave me a mean look. She doesnt deserve to work in fast food with that attitude and poor customer service.

The place always has bugs and bloody meat smeared all over the bathroom... They never have fresh unexpired food.. the workers here are always on something far as drugs/ alcohol to the point you can literally smell it on them from a mile away while on the job especially... They over charge for everything and if you complain to them about anything that they need to get taken care of or anything then they tell you to shut up or leave... They always have the emergency exits locked and brag about it.. And they're always making rape jokes and racist comments towards there customers where it would normally be considered doing so behind their back... Definitely not a place I would go to eat Even if I was a health inspector..

Wheelchair accessibility: There is no wheelchair accessible parking that isn't to narrow for even the use of a proper size vehicle with a installed wheelchair lift on it...

I stopped here about 20 minutes before closing bc I was driving through town and needed to stop somewhere for dinner. Not realizing they were about to close, I walked in and ordered dine-in. The manager was incredibly friendly and said I could eat jnside the restaurant and take my time. They made my food fresh and even helped another family that came in after me. The staff was incredibly courteous and the interior was clean and clearly newly built/renovated. Would recommend stopping by this location!

This Popeyes is located is newer location in a cleaner part of Gallup. The service was top notch, with very polite counter people. The seating area was clean and well stocked. Unlike most Popeyes I've been to, it didn't have the ridiculously loud zydeco music playing overhead. I only wish they would bring back their onion rings. Listen up Corporate! Jeff L-8 Google Guide
