The food is good and enjoyable. Drinks are good. Service is hit and miss...several times I have had long drive-thru waits, which I attribute to them being very busy and short staffed...not really something that can be controlled. You just have to be patient and know employees at fast food establishments are often doing the best they can and you may have to wait.

Got back to WR and was gonna eat our smasher burgers and the patties were still raw. What a waste and I called back to sonic to report or raw meat. The lady was rude and hung up on me.

We arrived at 9 and waited in the drive through for 5 minutes before a worker come out and had to tell us that there was no manager so they couldn’t get in and start taking orders.
Google says they open at 7 , so I feel sorry for the workers who had to wait around for their manager whenever they show up.

7/27/24 Happy Hour: I ordered a large Dr. Pepper and it didn't taste right. Come to fine out they put a lime in it and I don't know what else they included. It was ?. I couldn't go back because I was far from there by the time I found out so I rated food as 1.
Also, as we were leaving in our truck, we nearly hit a young man car hopper/crew member. He didn't even look to his right and kept on walking delivering another order. My husband said he didn't see him and was in his blind spot. I had to quickly yell at my husband to stop! Missed him by an inch. The sound man seemed to not even notice us in the moving vehicle toward him. Please teach your staff to be careful as they walk out with orders. It's not just about béeso/money.

Majority of the order screens DONT WORK or most times the spots are taped off and only drivethru open, this been like this for weeks. You would think by now they fix these issues.. sometimes alot of homeless people lingering around or walk by. It's usually a long wait time for food to come out once order not sure if not enough staff.

Parking: There is parking at the order screens but most times the screen/order button dont work... or sometimes the parking is taped off maybe because the screens dont work..
