On a 26 hour road trip

Our cashier was amazing.
She just nailed it!
Love that the Carmel frappe. The Carmel blob at the bottom! YES! It’s usually on the wall but like I don’t want to scrape the wall to get some Carmel.
Loved the happy faces on the cup.

She was a very lovely woman. You can tell she likes her job.

Rude experience with a barista with round rimed glasses and a ponytail. I ordered online when I was in the parking lot, and was waiting for a hot drink. My cold drink was ready but they forgot my hot latte. So I told one of the workers, and they looked it up but proceeded to ignore the order and continue others. Then I approached the counter again asking the barista in glasses if they were making my hot drink. She said well someone probably took it, with no offer of remaking it. I told her well I ordered right outside, and was the only one waiting. Then she snapped at me, and told me why didn’t you ask anyone. I told her I did about 5 mins ago but, they still didn’t make it. Then she snaps again saying well do you still want it or what? I said of course, it’s been paid for over 20 mins ago. Then she started saying to the worker she said she asked you guys, and walked away. This same rude barista has snapped at me in the drive thru when ordering a venti, but gave me a tall. I told her I said venti, and she’s all no you didn’t, and this is what you ordered. So she has no customer service skills whatsoever, and doesn’t listen to her customers. Some of us need a coffee break that doesn’t need to be ruined by this same rude barista.

This area does not earn any stars whatsoever. The drive thru worker named “Jo-Jo” harassed my sister in law while she was trying to get her drinks and pastries. I called to report him and the supervisor made it even worst and hung up on and put the phone offline. I HAVE never experienced this kind of customer service but I want something done about this!

Service here is quick and efficient, so it’s easy to grab your order even on busy days. The restrooms are always clean, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Sometimes there’s even a local artist painting inside, which makes this location feel unique and welcoming.

The music inside of Starbucks coffee shops is TOO LOUD. And this Starbucks in Gallup New Mexico is unfortunately no exception. I had to put my earplugs in. In fact these days I don't enter a Starbucks without my earplugs. My heart goes out to the baristas who could in my opinion potentially suffer irreversible hearing damage because of this super loud music. No other complaints besides the LOUD MUSIC. Nice baristas.

The barista working was by far the worst Starbucks barista I’ve ever seen, and I go to Starbucks every day. Not sure of her name but she was wearing glasses and had a ponytail tonight on 5/30 around 7:20. My mobile order said it was ready at 7:17, I sit there until 7:27 then decide to ask. I initially saw a cup I thought was mine off to the side there about 10 minutes since I got there so I said exactly that. The barista decide to get smart and say time wasn’t relevant. If you have any common sense in the service industry, you would know time means everything.she then said “men”, and that she enjoyed going back and fourth with me. If you hate your job so much just say that, I’m sorry I didn’t realize making a coffee was so hard for you. It however, isn’t hard to not be an absolute poor excuse for an employee. The other lady with the tattoos was absolutely amazing and the guy working was extremely nice, maybe she was having a bad day, but even on mine I’m still atleast tolerable.
