Firstly I pulled up and no one answered the drive thru, I pulled to the window asked the worker if they were open she said yes and gave me my drink, I waited about an hour to get my order didn't even see an employee, a worker came out around the 45 minute mark and I asked him where my order was he then left his CAR DOOR OPEN went back into the store and never came back out I had to pull through the drive thru multiple times through the drive thru and it wasn't until I called 911 because there was a homeless guy smoking fentanyl and trying to get me to roll my window down and harassing the workers, there's was also another homeless guy just standing in the drive thru lane staring into the building. Everyone in this store needs to be drug tested I don't even feel safe eating my food it took them AN HOUR to make a chalupa and a taco??? Everyone who worked that shift needs to be fired, close the store down, and throw it away..... I am beyond disappointed NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION

I ordered a sprite then found out it was a sierra mist which I love but all I got was the fizzy water so I asked if they were going to change the box they looked at me like I was stupid said they didn't have anymore asked if I wanted any other drink I said no then they just looked at me stupid again didn't give me my money back gave me the food I called the manager and told him about these two people and he said they got the box in now i could come back and get my drink I said they said they didn't have any more and I'm not going back told him they didn't give me my money back my son got his 2 grilled cheese burritos with steak and they were so small I won't go back to this Taco bell I'm going to see if the same owner owns all of the Taco Bells in town if so I won't go to any of them the lady in the back ground wasn't very nice

On a family road trip, I stopped by here because my family went to starbucks right next door, and I wanted some taco bell because like, why not. I love me some taco bell. Excited to have a $7 Delux Box, I walked up to the front end ready to order. There were 3 people working the cook station, 1 person taking drive thru orders. I waited for about 15 minutes standing up there, no one came to ask me if I wanted to order or anything let alone even looked at me. So I just left the store without ordering anything. Very, very disappointed with this action taco bell. How can I live Mas if no one even bothers to see if I'm living at all.

Worst experience Iâve ever had at a Taco Bell. The food was bad and the service was even worse. The person taking our order had a terrible attitude, and when we asked for our food to be corrected, the whole staff started talking about us in Navajo. The fountain drink machine had no ice and wasnât working, and there was no sign posted. At the end, instead of apologizing, we were given threats for supposedly âwalking out.â Completely unacceptable behavior from staffâthis location needs serious attention from management

Get there 9pm, after that they are out of everything. 80% of the time the screw up you order.
Whoever was at the window taking orders didnât even do his job. We waited at the speaker for at least a full minute without a single person in line in front of us and then when we pulled up to the window he still wasnât paying attention. Then he took our order we had to pull out of line and wait for what felt like forever. It was extremely frustrating as my family and I were in a hurry.

Worst ,worst ,worst place I have ever been to. Employees are very rude. Quality of food is very poor, sloppy, cold. Tacos were all cracked. Soda had no ice. Very poor establishment. Staff thought my serious nature was funny, and giggled about the bad service. UGLY and Unpleasant experience.

The food was not as good as I would've expected, the tacos shells were stale. The service was not good, we waited several minutes until someone asked what we needed. The tables were not cleaned as well as they should've, nor were the floors. When our order was done, the staff tossed our meal on the counter and walked off.

Workers were rude and unfriendly. Ordered from the kiosk,Waited at the front register for about 10mins just for someone to finally come up and ask if we needed help, all we wanted were our cups to get our drinks while we wait for our order. A guy rudely tossed our food on counter and walked away. Note we weren't standing at the front waiting for our food just our cups. And top it all off our taco shells were STALE.. $50 worth of food for my family and I what a waste.
