Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. The food was bad and the service was even worse. The person taking our order had a terrible attitude, and when we asked for our food to be corrected, the whole staff started talking about us in Navajo. The fountain drink machine had no ice and wasn’t working, and there was no sign posted. At the end, instead of apologizing, we were given threats for supposedly “walking out.” Completely unacceptable behavior from staff—this location needs serious attention from management

Whoever was at the window taking orders didn’t even do his job. We waited at the speaker for at least a full minute without a single person in line in front of us and then when we pulled up to the window he still wasn’t paying attention. Then he took our order we had to pull out of line and wait for what felt like forever. It was extremely frustrating as my family and I were in a hurry.

Worst ,worst ,worst place I have ever been to. Employees are very rude. Quality of food is very poor, sloppy, cold. Tacos were all cracked. Soda had no ice. Very poor establishment. Staff thought my serious nature was funny, and giggled about the bad service. UGLY and Unpleasant experience.

The food was not as good as I would've expected, the tacos shells were stale. The service was not good, we waited several minutes until someone asked what we needed. The tables were not cleaned as well as they should've, nor were the floors. When our order was done, the staff tossed our meal on the counter and walked off.

Workers were rude and unfriendly. Ordered from the kiosk,Waited at the front register for about 10mins just for someone to finally come up and ask if we needed help, all we wanted were our cups to get our drinks while we wait for our order. A guy rudely tossed our food on counter and walked away. Note we weren't standing at the front waiting for our food just our cups. And top it all off our taco shells were STALE.. $50 worth of food for my family and I what a waste.

Went to get a 12 pack half and half taco pack and all the hard shell ta os were crushed and stuck to the paper. Literally had to eat it with a fork and was messy with little to no meat. Please evaluate the staff there and make corrections at this place. It's not a hard job bro. Come on!!!

If I could rate this nothing I would. Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced. We waited 20 minutes on a mobile pickup order where the majority of items were left out and they weren’t very busy. the left out burritos appeared to be a skid mark of beans in a tortilla… surprisingly with more sauce going in than coming out if you know what I mean. They left out every sauce, there wasn’t a shred of napkin in the bag, nary a fork. My MIL was eating her taco bowl primal style without a utensil. I’m surprised we haven’t wiped our butts with the bag it came in due to the stomach problems we are currently facing. I am currently typing this from the McDonald’s off of exit 187 praying for my life.

We came here to this Gallup location and they keep the restrooms locked even if you’re a dine in guest. Do not eat here bc the service is ridiculous and the employees don’t have great customer service either.

I went through drive thru to order. Was told I needed to come in and use kiosk because I wanted to luxe box. I’m handicap I use a cane to hold myself from falling. I stood at the stupid machine place my order took me almost 4 minutes. Waited and waited for my order. The gal said I didn’t. Finally a gentleman placed my order on counter. Again see me with a cane I’m trying to hold it all together. Finally I said I need a big bag. Poured my own soda got my condiments that I ordered on machine. I’m thinking this could be easier just drive thru order. Got back to my hotel. It was the nastiest tasting green burritos hubby couldn’t even eat. The whole meal I ordered went to trash. Taco Bell will never get our business again.

Me and my family wanted a nice family party box of taco and a $7 luxe box but all we got was cold food and the beefy 5 layer burrito didn't taste right. Tried calling phone was disconnected NO to talk to the manager or anyone at the store...
