Sparky's Burgers and BBQ is a popular spot in Hatch, New Mexico. Upon entering, diners may feel a bit rushed to select from the menu board, but it's worth it to try the signature dishes. The green chile cheese burger is amazing and stands on its own without any normal burger fixings. Visitors can also enjoy crispy fries and a side of con queso. The food is made to order so it does take a bit to get your food, but the service was fast. The interior has a very vintage feel with lots to see and a great atmosphere. A band was playing excellent music and there’s a small area to dance. Overall, Sparky's Burgers and BBQ is a great spot for good food and a fun experience.
