If traveling on I-25, do yourself a favor and stop at Sparkys! The dining experience is a pure joy. You’ll get a kick out of the quirky decor and vintage memorabilia. The burgers are delicious, also 👍.

only about a 30 minute detour driving between Las Cruces and Deming.. and well worth it as a lover of hatch green chilies.. the #1 with queso fries.. aw man, so good! The chili cheeseburger was excellent, and the fries crispy and well seasoned and made even better with the green chili queso. And my fortune couldn't have been more true! The only change for next time, get the queso on the side for dipping so the fries stay crispy to the last one

The green chile cheeseburger I had could not have been the same that won best in the state. No part of the burger was seasoned. I’d been waiting years to come here and try it. Boy, that was the most disappointing meal I’ve ever had. It was not worth the money or the drive.

Cutest place, very clean, retro decor, there was even a live band. The food was good. I had the brisket sandwich and fries, hubby had pulled pork.
The cookies & cream milkshake was hand churned & covered with whipped cream. It was delicious. Very kitschy spot to grab an afternoon treat. So many eclectic antiques to check out in the restaurant :)

Love the atmosphere! Food was not world renowned. Got the Chile cheeseburger, dry and not much flavor. Nothing on it. No lettuce, no tomato, nothing. Would come back, and dont really know how got their rating. Lady taking order was non engaging, guess I better stop there.

I had the Green Chili Cheeseburger combo with fries. It wasn't very spicy, but still good. My dog had the dog patty, but he was too excited about being inside a restaurant to eat. We had fun. The decor is a lot of random restaurants memorabilia. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was given a bowl to get water for my dog.
