If traveling on I-25, do yourself a favor and stop at Sparkys! The dining experience is a pure joy. You’ll get a kick out of the quirky decor and vintage memorabilia. The burgers are delicious, also 👍.
only about a 30 minute detour driving between Las Cruces and Deming.. and well worth it as a lover of hatch green chilies.. the #1 with queso fries.. aw man, so good!
The chili cheeseburger was excellent, and the fries crispy and well seasoned and made even better with the green chili queso.

The only change for next time, get the queso on the side for dipping so the fries stay crispy to the last one
