We enjoyed our visit to Sparky's. Quite the place! If you haven't been before and don't already know what is offered, it feels a bit rushed to be selecting from the menu board right at the entry door, with others waiting in line behind you. When in a place all about chilis, that's what you have to try, right? I had green chilis beef tacos and they were good, and their signature milkshake with green chilis in it, and it was a unique experience. I drank...
Always love visiting the good people at sparky's in hatch New Mexico! We had burgers and we bought Morrow beans! We are set for a little bit exclamation!!!!
Parking: Just short drive up the old highway to hatch New Mexico.. Good food and good visit with the sparky's crew.. and a short drive south on I-25 back to Cruces!

We go at least 10 times a year. 3 hour drive taking the back roads from El Paso and it's just wonderful. Food is like state fair food (delicious). Nothing healthy on the menu, but who cares?!?
