Worst service due lack of staff

Not good
Went to drive thru about 9:35, sat there for over 5 min with no response. Decided to drive around and go inside (9:40 ish), was met at the door by a friendly young lady that said they were closed already. Even though every light in the building was on and two other employees were just sitting in the lobby at a booth. Customer service in this town is wack....
